As the evening rush hour subsided we took a commuter boat from Lower East Side travelling under Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges. The setting sun created a dramatic sky scraper backdrop. We enjoyed a distant view of the Statue of Liberty as we landed on the shore of the Wall Street district.
