Our evening food was taken in two stages, first a slice of pizza in Artichoke Pizza in East Village, an informal pizza shop which had a constant line of hungry people — quite the best pizza we’d ever eaten (in NYC)!
Then onto Monofuko Noodle Bar, an acclaimed eatery owned by chef/founder David Chaing. The communal shared eating setting was noisy and fun, the food was delicious.
